The GoMA approached us to work with them For Generation: 25 Years of Contemporary Art in Scotland, after working with them on their Big Bus Tour project.

We created a project on the bus that was an interactive drawing workshop in connection with the festival of museums. The public boarded the bus, where the route was to visit 4 different houses of worship within Glasgow.

We covered the windows of the bus with 'Magic Clear Roll' - a transparent static material. So, when the bus stopped at traffic lights or at one of the locations, the public could trace what they saw onto the windows. The Clear Roll would then we transported into the places of worship where they could again trace what they saw, be that patterns on the carpet or other details of the interior. Once the bus tour was complete, the passengers brought their work into the balcony of the GoMA where it was stuck to the walls to create a collaged panorama.
